Hi Guys,

It's been a while!

I bought a -6 eighteen months ago and have been shooting a new series on its restoration. Check out episode one of the new series.

It's been sitting in a garage for over 42 years and the story behind it is as fun as the car. Eric from PMB came along with me for the PPI and I think you'll really enjoy his asessment. It's amazing what that guy knows.

Please subscribe so you know when the new episodes drop.

Thanks and enjoy!

Congrats and welcome to the 6 club (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) . You may want to get this for the repair.
I'm sure Eric and his team can handle the install. I'll be watching (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)

Great reminder on how to buy a car……miss this step and you’ll be singing words to a Seeger song……”wish I didn’t know now, what I didn’t know then”.

Great find and a great video.
I'd rather make those front body repairs on a good rust free chassis than do
extensive rust any time. The new work will be undetecable.
Good project for you and good for Eric too !
Two 6s that I owned are being massaged on this site currently.
The more the better. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
very enjoyable vid.
i esp liked the highway scenes, truck stop and southern food there at the end (and the game). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
took me back 35 years to being there once and loving that part of the USA.

bonus of almost being there to walk through the door on a time warp 914-6.

What a great road trip with a couple of 914 experts on a mission. That's how you buy a car that is 55 years old. Really looking forward to watching this Six evolve into a perfectly restored beauty. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Thanks, guys. Glad you're enjoying the first episode of the series. Thanks @Luke M ...that looks like a great piece. I'm really trying to save as much of the original metal as possible. Including the VIN stamp.
