A question for the experts here(or anyone who knows the answer).. how do these pieces attach to the steering column/ clamshell? Do they just slide in ? I can’t seem to make them stay. 70 914/6.

Sorry I can't help with the "how". But I need a set of those. Are yours factory or did you find them reproduced? And if repro, where? Thanks for any help. I bought some very rough 3d printed ones from auto Atlanta. I do think a good 3d print of these would sell well |

Who sells 914-6 dash face tins? I need a set as well as the clamshells. I can't believe this but of all things Summit Racing sells the clamshells. Credit to Chris (tygaboy) for finding this. I'm curious to hear about quality. The price is ... $51 each piece or for both ? The tins ? I used sections of four cylinder dash tins modified and patched (welded ? ...can't remember) to suit.
