If someone is doing a 914-6 conversion, or looking for a replacement engine, I saw a 1969 911T engine listed on The Samba.

I have no affiliation with this listing or seller. Just passing along info...

Way over priced for a long block.
You can get a lot more engine for $11K.

It really depends what was done and who did it.
I bought a euro Carrera engine. Customer had a shop assemble it and included paperwork. Built up as a short block with all the extra parts included. We tore it down since we never trust other people’s work. Bearing clearances were completely off. Many people assemble parts but never measure. We bought it for the parts so it was still a great purchase but certainly not a good build.
