I'm looking for a used OEM door check strap that is fully operational. If anyone has one please let me know. My usual source is sold out and don't want to buy a URO part. Appreciate it.

In my opinion you are better off with a good used strap.
I found several issues with their kit. They click. Hole size was oversized and pin did not fit the holes in the body. That was years ago and I don't know if they improved them.

I am going to have to check the kit I bought back in 2024 that I have yet to get around to, to see if there are any issues with the machining quality that mentioned.

Also check the arm as it should be knurled. The shape was different and clicked unlike the original arm. .
It is the rollers that go bad and I think they are the only part that seemed OK. And maybe the springs.
