I know you haven’t seen it but maybe the damage isn’t too bad?

Leaving to go take a look.

I'm Insured with Hagerty and the Tow was thru Hagerty Drivers Club

Did I tell you the Driver took off after my car hit the Building, and didn't tell his Boss ( assuming his Former Boss now!)

That's gotta be right up there in terms of car ownership nightmares.

I really hope the damage isn't too bad ...

You'd think with the better balance of the 944 it could've been avoided!! A tail heavy 911 on the other hand...

That sucks. Hopefully the car isn't damaged much. What about the building? Any damage on that?

BTW, how did it happen? Was the winch cable not secure on the car? Or not on at all?

Hoping for the best. And, no matter what, a juicy damages payment. Don't forget about diminished value.

Any maybe a dumba** penalty.

My brother is a now retired DEA agent. He once told me that many tow truck drivers are felons. Apparently, it’s a job you can get, coming out of prison. Many jobs require a piss test if you have an accident. If you’re a felon and piss a dirty test, you deal not only with the loss of the job, but an uncomfortable meeting with your parole officer. He likely quit rather than deal with the latter…
