Is there a wiring diagram for the 3rd speed wiper, and a certain wiper switch that goes along with it?

You might be able to take 5 pin switch and use it. Instead of intermittent (down) use that for 1. Then use the standard (up) two positions for 2 and 3. The -6 had 3 speed wiper so wiring info may be correct.
