The triangle window seal install fought me big time. Been watching Ian Karr's Bumblebee video on door assembly. Later doors gotta be much easier. Mine are now assembled except for the door windows. Figured I'd hold off on the rear channel and plastic cap till I got the windows installed in the front track with the sliders. But there is no room for the teflon slider on the bottom rear of the window. Does that need to be removed to get the window in the door, and then glued back on once the window is in place? I cannot figure how to insert the window with the sliders on into the front track with the teflon slider connected. Here is where I am.

I’ve taken windows out of the doors with all the sliders on the glass so I’m sure it can go the other way. How to get there, I don’t know.

I dont see the rear track installed in the door in which the guide rides. You also need the small cap the goes on top of the rear guide.

I installed mine with the plastic pieces on them.

Put blue tape everywhere... play with angles... Leave all the tracks loose in the door so you have wiggle room.
