There are broken diagrams out there and yes it does matter. I would run out and verify the correct setup off of mine but there is a severe thunderstorm at the moment....

I have a’73 2.0 and I can confirm that it matches the Jeff Bowlsby diagram (the 2nd pic in your original post). |
