I learned today from his wife the Rick passed in June after a long battle with cancer.
He used to live in Corona CA where i helped him prep his creamsicle for paint and reassembly. His Creamsicle is on BAT. He later moved to Denver North Carolina. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1974-porsche-914-161/ The auction ends Monday about 9AM Pacific time Rick also started Rix parts with speciality 914 parts. The assests were sold to a company that continued his products as Rix Aircooled. https://www.rixaircooled.com/ He also owned a 6 conversion that will be coming up for sale. His wife will be getting help from a local friend who will get the car details. Rest in peace Rick |
